Can I return or exchange an item?

Within two weeks after the order date, the items can be returned or exchanged and you will receive a refund.

Requirements
  • The items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The items must still have all the original Worldism tags attached to it.
  • Items purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping the items for return or exchange is at the customers’ own cost.

Is there any additional sizing information?

We understand the importance of purchasing the correct size. You can find detailed sizing information of each product in the specific product description.

Can I change the shipping address?

We only will be able to change the shipping address before shipping. If you have made a mistake with your shipping details please contact us as soon as possible to adjust the shipping address.

How do I know if my order is received successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed and is being processed. You will receive a second email, once your order is ready for shipment.

If any other issues occur, we will inform you about this.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

When an order is being dispatched we will inform you about this through a shipping email with detailed information regarding the shipment of your order.

What partners do you have for shipping the orders?

Most of our orders are shipped via PostNL. However it can occur that we work with a different partner for shipping your order, if this is more convenient.

What if I'm not home when my order gets delivered?

If there is no one home at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered at an access point near you. The courier will leave a note to inform you about this.

Can someone else receive or pick up the order for me?

Yes, someone other than the addressee can receive the order when being delivered at the address you have filled in as your shipping address.

Can I change my order?

If you would like to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After the order has been completed we are not able to make any changes.

How do I take good care of my item(s)?

We recommend to follow the below instructions for taking the best care of your items.

  • Wash your item(s) in a low temperature. ( 30 Degrees )
  • Always wash your items separately or with similar colors.
  • Wash your clothes inside out.
  • Air dry your items instead of using a tumble dryer.
  • Iron the items inside out and do not directly iron the print. If you want to iron the print, use a towel to avoid direct contact between the iron and the print.
  • Do not use washing fluid containing bleach.
