1: TAXES

We are not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not within our control.

2: PAYMENTS

Purchases made on www.reallifefamily.nl are secured. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled through secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited.

3: REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Customers can return an order within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you without any extra charges or refund the money for the returned item(s). Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be in unused as new condition, if the product packaging is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.

4: LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

REAL LIFE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages. If something occurs, we will provide you with the necessary information to contact and deal with the shipping company.

5: STOCKS

We try our best to keep www.reallifefamily.nl as up to date as possible. However, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are not in stock. If this occurs, we will try to inform you as soon as possible and to discuss alternative options.
