Payment can be fulfilled using one of the methods above. The payment for an order will be taken immediately. The total amount you pay can differ, depending on the method you choose. This is because of the different service costs per payment method.

 

3: DELIVERY

Our aim is to deliver each order within 5-10 working days. However, delivery times are based on approximations and not a guarantee. A delay can occur due to third party factors. If a delay occurs, we will inform you about this.

REAL LIFE is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, we do not have control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

 

4: RETURN POLICY

Our return policy implies that if you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
